  • Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer Intern to join our sales team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telemarketing, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team's success.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Swift Radiant's products and services.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted research and outreach.
Present and explain the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information in a courteous and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective call scripts and strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
