Job Overview

We are hiring a Telemarketer who will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers. This is a junior-level position and requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Explain the benefits of our products and services to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Identify and qualify leads
• Achieve sales targets and quotas
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Update customer information in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
