Job Description

  • Responsible for cultivating fresh partnerships and expanding publisher networks to drive revenue growth.
  • Overseeing affiliate communication and recruitment efforts.
  • Communicating challenges and issues concerning affiliate accounts with data-driven insights.
  • Conducting competitive market analysis. Ensuring proper deployment of creative assets.
  • Managing day-to-day operations for active campaigns and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Operating within various models such as CPS (Cost Per Sale) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
  • What we expect:
    • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-4 years of proven affiliate marketing experience, preferably in managing telegrammers.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust with diverse stakeholders.
    • Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
    • A proactive achiever with a history of surpassing targets and KPIs.
    • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools.
    • An experience in the BFSI segment will be preferred.
