Key Responsibilities:
1.Content Creation & Sharing:
- Create and shareengaging and valuable contentthat aligns withUnikon.ai's mission and resonates with the community.
- Postindustry updates, mentor highlights, user success stories,andproduct announcementsto keep the community informed and excited.
2.Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with members of the Telegram group by sparking meaningful conversations, answering questions, and encouraging discussion.
- Foster a positive environment where members feel valued and connected toUnikon.ai's vision.
4.Feedback & Collaboration:
- Collect feedback from the community to help improve product offerings and the overall user experience.
- Work closely with thecontent, product, and marketing teamsto ensure community insights are used to inform business decisions.
5.Growth & Strategy:
- Implement strategies to grow the Telegram community, attract new members, and retain current ones by driving engagement through contests, polls, and engaging conversations.
- Stay updated on Telegram trends and platform updates to ensureUnikon.airemains ahead in community engagement.
Key Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experiencein managing online communities, particularly on Telegram.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates withUnikon.ai's audience.
- Experience incontent creation,community management, and familiarity with Telegram's tools and features.
- Ability to handle high-volume conversations and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
