Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecollection Executive with DRA Certification to join our team at VCATCH, a leading BPO company in Bangalore. As a Telecollection Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and collecting outstanding payments. This is a full-time position with a salary range that will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecollection or a similar role
• DRA Certification is mandatory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle difficult situations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Fluency in English and one regional language

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers
• Update customer records and accurately document all interactions
• Follow up with customers regarding payment arrangements and delinquent accounts
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns
• Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures
