Thinkster is a leading institution in the education sector, dedicated to providing high-quality education and services to our students. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and help us reach out to potential students and their families.

• Job Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential students and their families to provide information about our courses, programs, and services.

Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, or other communication channels.

Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to potential students who have expressed interest in our programs.

Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information regarding course details, admission procedures, fees, and other related queries.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telephonic conversations and inquiries in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, inquiries handled, and enrollments secured.

Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.

• Qualifications

Education: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.

• Skills

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the education sector.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential students and their families.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve inquiries effectively.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving targets and delivering results.

Language: Fluency in [specific language(s)] may be required, depending on the region and target audience.
