About the Role:
Wyreflow Technologies is seeking a motivated Telecalling Intern to join our team at our Bhopal location. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop communication skills, gain experience in telecalling and operational work, and contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to clients or customers, providing information about our services and products.
Handle inbound inquiries and address customer queries professionally.
Assist in operational tasks such as maintaining call logs, managing databases, and preparing reports.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Provide timely feedback and updates to supervisors about call outcomes.
Internship Details:
Duration: 1 month
Working Hours: 5 hours daily, 6 days a week
Stipend: Unpaid
