We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller Admission Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about the institution's programs and courses.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding admissions, eligibility, fees, and other related questions.
- Counsel students on suitable programs based on their educational background and career goals.
- Assist students with the admission process, including filling out applications and submitting necessary documents.
- Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of communication with prospective students and update the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Languages].
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Prior experience in education counseling, telecalling, or admissions will be an added advantage.
