Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Telecalling Executive with proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding customers and partners for our international leisure travel business. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our travel services, and onboarding partners such as agents and other customer clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and partners to onboard them into our international travel programs.
• Clearly explain our travel offerings, benefits, and commission-based opportunities to clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners such as mutual fund agents, and other relevant clusters.
• Handle inquiries regarding our services, pricing, and processes.
• Manage a database of leads and update call records regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent convincing skills
• Good understanding of MS Office tools
• Exposure to CRM applications would be great

Good fixed Salary + attractive incentives for good candidates . Initial contract is for 2 months which can then be extended or convert to a full time employment. Partial flexibility or Hybrid may be provided based on the candidates performance

Experience

At least 6 Months - 1 year of tele-calling experience is preferred
