Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer Questions About Products Or The Company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
