Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive inbound at DTDC Express Limited in Chennai. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries and issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of CRM systems and call center telephony technology
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
