Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada.
• Introduce our products/services to potential customers and provide information about features and benefits.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer complaints or objections effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Kannada is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in tellecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills to maintain records and update customer information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Job Location : Koramangala, Bangalore

Salary Range :16K - 20K (In- Hand)/ Per month
