Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling (edtech fresher) at Internzvalley located in Bengaluru. As a Telecalling (edtech fresher), you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. Your main goal will be to explain our edtech offerings and convince them to enroll in our programs. You will also handle customer inquiries and provide information about our courses, prices, and payment options. Excellent communication skills and a friendly and persuasive demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Patience and ability to handle rejection
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

• 12k to 15k ( incentive upto 10k )
