Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to effectively communicate with potential customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services
- Answer questions about our products and services
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
