Description

We are looking for a Telecalling executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase our products or services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and persuade them to purchase our products or services
• Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers
• Answer any questions that customers may have about our products or services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall sales process

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar telecalling role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency will be an added advantage)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong listening and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
