Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecalling and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating telecalling activities, managing customer interactions, scheduling site visits, and supporting sales tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, with additional language proficiency being advantageous. This position is crucial for ensuring efficient coordination between sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Telecalling Coordination: Manage and coordinate telecalling activities to ensure daily KPIs are met. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers in Telugu, Hindi, English, and potentially other languages as needed. Provide information about products/services and address customer inquiries.
Site Visit Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers based on sales team availability and customer preferences.Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.Performance Reporting: Track and report daily KPIs related to telecalling, site visits, and sales tasks. Prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
