Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling and Pre-Sales Executive at SVB Realty located in Kothrud,Pune. The Telecalling and Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about the company's projects. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.

Qualifications

• Past Experience in Real estate Industry
• Excellent communication in English Language
• Previous experience in telecalling and pre-sales
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
