- Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining the company's products and services
- Maintaining a database of customer information and updating it regularly
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Meeting daily and monthly targets as set by the company
- Collaborating with team members to achieve overall team targets
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries and complaints
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or equivalent
