We are Hiring..!!We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Provide detailed information about products and services.- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.- Excellent Communication Skills
