Job Description

  • Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
  • Assess the needs and requirements of customer
  • Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
  • Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
  • Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
  • Store and update the customer information in the database

Telecaller Skills and Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience in telesale representative or customer service executive
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems
  • Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets
