Telecaller

Wolverine Foods Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, managing customer data, and providing excellent customer service.

• Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and set up appointments

• Manage and update customer data in our CRM system

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
