Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi and have excellent communication skills. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.

Provide detailed information about our products/services.

• Maintain customer records and update the database.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

The candidate should be based in Nagercoil or the surrounding areas.
