Overview
As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in the organization's success by directly interacting with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up an appointment. Your performance will directly impact the company's sales and customer satisfaction, making your role integral to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers following a prepared script
- Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly
- Provide accurate information about the products or services offered
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up an appointment
- Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer calls when necessary
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call
- Work with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction

- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
