Role Description

This is an internship role as an Outbound Sales Specialist at Nitro Commerce in Gurugram. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, outbound sales activities, and effective communication with potential clients on-site.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with potential clients
  • Strong sales acumen and strategic thinking
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
