lead generation, customer service, outbound sales activities, and effective communication with potential clients on-site.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Ability to effectively communicate with potential clients
- Strong sales acumen and strategic thinking
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
