Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller at Urban Money located in Bhopal. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about loan products and services, and generating leads. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer database, and achieving monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales or telemarketing
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
