We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele-caller to join our dynamic team and help us provide outstanding service to our clients.

• Job Description:

• Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our aesthetic services and schedule appointments.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources and follow up with potential clients.

• Customer Service: Provide detailed information about our services, address client queries, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.

• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule client appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.

• - Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and maintain client engagement.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and feedback in the CRM system.

• - Sales Targets

: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• - Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic's management and service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

• Requirements:

-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.

- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to work according to the clinic's schedule and handle varying workloads.

• Qualifications:

- Graduate or Diploma. Additional certification or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
