Telecaller for Admissions(Fresher/Entry-Level)We are seeking an open-minded, motivated, results-driven, and charismatic Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team at The Upthrust, Indore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our admissions process by handling inbound and outbound calls, managing follow-ups, and providing exceptional solutions to every query. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Telecaller:
- Travel within Indore and nearby cities will be required to visit schools, colleges, and other institutions as needed.
- Make outbound calls to potential students who have expressed interest in the institute's training programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
- Contribute to achieving overall student enrollment goals
- Follow up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrolled students.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective students and address their queries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members.
Qualifications and Skills of a Telecaller:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Candidate must be efficient in Basic Word, and Excel with good speaking & writing ability in English, must be computer literate with knowledge in Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms.
- Active listening and attention to detail abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies.
- Effective time management skills.
- Spontaneous thinking abilities to resolve students queries.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative when necessary.
- Capable of representing the company professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 9-hour day shift (Mon-Fri)
Pay: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
