Job Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller for leading collage in Ahmedabad which is affiliated by Gujarat Technological University. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. As a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will be provided with the necessary training and support to excel in your role.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training and coaching services
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services to interested individuals
- Identify and understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, and update them on new offerings and promotions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant behavior
