Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversions.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
