Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients interested in web development services.
Client Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their website needs and introduce relevant development services.
Lead Generation:
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and set up appointments for the sales team to follow up.
CRM Management:
- Accurately log call details, client information, and follow-ups into the CRM system to maintain an organized database.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
Feedback Loop:
- Share valuable feedback and insights from client conversations with the sales team to help refine offerings and strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
Communication:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
Tech Savvy:
- Basic understanding of web development services or a willingness to learn quickly about the offerings.
Proactive:
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
