Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Tirupati. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, handle inbound calls, and resolve customer queries. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, close deals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, and generate leads.
Inbound Calling: Handle inbound calls from customers, respond to their queries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions, leads, and sales data in our CRM system.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track your performance regularly, and set goals for improvement.
