Job Description

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and handle customer inquiries.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through phone interactions and record detailed notes on customer interactions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Sales Target: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert language(s)].
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and telephony systems.
