JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make outbound calls to customers for payment collections and loan recovery.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to financial services.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
