Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team on campus. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential students, informing them about our programs, and assisting them with admission inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote Shobhit University's programs and offerings.
- Handle inbound inquiries, answering questions regarding admissions, course details, fees, and campus facilities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to provide relevant information and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and assist in meeting overall enrollment goals.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to guide students through the enrollment process.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or in a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and [mention local language if applicable].
- Friendly, persuasive, and able to handle queries and objections with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work on-site and adhere to working hours set by the University.
