Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the firm's stock market services.
- Generate leads from various sources such as databases, online platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and build lasting relationships.
- Sales Pitch & Client Engagement:
- Explain the company's share market products, including stock trading accounts, portfolio management services, and investment plans.
- Persuade potential clients to open accounts and start trading with the firm.
- Handle client objections and concerns, providing solutions and financial insights to build trust.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and timely updates about market trends and opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with both potential and existing clients through phone calls and emails.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for lead conversion, account openings, and revenue generation.
- Track performance metrics such as number of calls made, leads generated, and successful conversions.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest stock market trends, products, and investment opportunities.
- Use market knowledge to engage prospects and position the firm as a trusted advisor for their investment needs.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain a detailed database of leads and prospects with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare reports on calls made, lead progress, and conversion rates for management review.
