Seven Eleven Club is a premier club located in Mira Bhayandar that offers world-class amenities and exceptional experiences. Spread over ten acres, our club provides a wide range of facilities including tennis courts, football grounds, a pool-side restaurant, spa and salon services, party lawns, banquet halls, a movie room, and more. We strive to create memorable experiences for every member.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making phone calls to prospective customers, explaining club services and benefits, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and updating databases.

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to convince and persuade customers
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Familiarity with the Mira Bhayandar area is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
