• About the Role:

We are searching for a passionate and articulate Telecaller to join our growing team! As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting Biolinkk with potential customers and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-up calls with generated leads to qualify them for our scientific instruments.

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of Biolinkk's products to potential customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of scientific terminology.

• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

• Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecaller or B2B sales role (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers from a scientific background

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working knowledge of scientific instruments.

Pay: 15,
