Roles & Responsibilities:- Contact potential students via phone calls to generate interest in the institute's training programs.
Schedule appointments for prospective students to visit the institute or attend information sessions.- Maintain accurate records of phone calls, appointments, and student inquiries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
* Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
