Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to close sales.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products/services.Lead Management: Maintain and update the customer/prospect database to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and products/services.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and objections with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for generating leads and closing sales.
  • Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role. Experience in the [industry-specific] sector is a plus.Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
