DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1+ years of experience as Tele sales Representative or similar customer service or sales role

Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits

Proven experience in a recruitment /staffing industry is a plus

Patient and friendly personality

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
