oInitiate outbound calls to a designated list of contacts to promote our jewellery collections and special offers.

oAnswer incoming calls, respond to enquiries with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service.

oUnderstand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.

oEffectively convey the value, quality, and design of our jewellery.

oSchedule appointments for showroom visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.

oMaintain and update accurate customer records in our database management system.

oContribute to a positive and energetic sales team environment.
