Job Function
The Telecaller will be responsible for inside sales, client relationship management, and lead conversion within the real estate sector. You will be a key player in driving revenue through effective telecommunication, maintaining databases, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inside Sales: Manage and execute inside sales operations, primarily focused on real estate sales for residential and commercial properties.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to leads and potential customers through cold calls to generate interest and close deals.
- Contact Leads: Follow up on inquiries and sales leads to convert prospects into clients. Engage with customers to understand their property requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- CRM Management: Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date with all lead information, interactions, and sales progress.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to market trends and customer needs.
- Expand Sales Channels: Identify and develop new sales channels to increase market penetration and outreach.
- Digital Sales: Leverage digital platforms (email campaigns, social media, etc.) to increase engagement and sales conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
- Proven experience in cold calling, inside sales, and lead management.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and ability to become completely familiar with our product offerings
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to keep track of multiple leads and sales data. Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
- A sharp understanding of real estate market trends and customer needs.

- Below 40 years old.
- Attributes: Sharp, well-dressed, and articulate. A self-motivated individual with strong leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.
- Education: A background in sales or marketing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Leadership: Ability to work independently while being a team player who can support and guide others when necessary.
Time Commitment
- 36-54 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed to meet sales goals and deadlines.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: 12,000-20,000 Base + Commissions
