Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our team at Parker's Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services. This is a great opportunity for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the financial services industry. The job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport
• Good knowledge of cold calling techniques
• Customer service-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of loan products and financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up on them
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities
• Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training programs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
