Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Osiya Group located in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, answering any inquiries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. They will maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the technology or digital display industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
