We are hiring for the position of Tele Caller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to provide service information
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a polite and persuasive tone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make targeted outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation, sales, and follow-up.
Customer Engagement: Communicate the service details clearly, addressing any inquiries and handling objections confidently.
Follow-up: Handle post-call follow-ups and provide additional information as needed.
Sales Target: Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales or appointments.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Minimum qualification of 10+
- A background from an English medium school is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong fluency in English and Bengali/Hindi. Ability to handle conversations confidently and politely.
Experience: 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Personality: Confident, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
