We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at MobiServ. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our products and services. This position starts as a contractual role, with the possibility of moving to full-time employment based on performance and meeting targets.
Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good knowledge of the company's products and services
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Roles And Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Provide information about our products and services
- Answer client queries and address their concerns
- Maintain a database of prospective clients
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (5 working days - Monday to Friday)
