Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our services to potential clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with leads.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and packages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Keep detailed records of calls, interactions and appointments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Persuasive and confident.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in Advertising Industry is a add-on.
