Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Understand and promote the companys products or services
  • Set appointments for sales representatives
  • Follow up on leads
  • Handle customer questions and objections
  • Maintain a record of calls made and results achieved
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the sales strategies
  • Update customer databases with contact information
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies
  • Adhere to all telemarketing regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification of 12th grade plus.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication (English and Kannada) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Persistence and perseverance
  • Good listening skills and strong customer focus
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good organizational and negotiation skills
