Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting outbound calls and emails to prospects to introduce our products or services, conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for Marvelloux Design Studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or telemarketer, preferably with a focus on US/UK clients.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in outbound sales
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is beneficial
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
