Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Learnosphere in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to prospective students, explaining our platform and services, answering inquiries, and assisting with the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain educational services
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable with making and receiving a high volume of calls
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
